The landscape project for the K2 plot is part of an overall project for the identity and ecological transformation of the Canal de l'Ourcq; it is part of the ZAC Ecocité project, a mixed-use and green urban district with a lively neighbourhood atmosphere along the canal, whose grid forms a series of gardens mostly in open ground along the canal's planted promenade.
This approach contributes to urban cooling, improves air quality, biodiversity, rainwater management, soil permeability and offers well-being spaces for the users of this new district.
