The proposed green amphitheater is central to the project and aligns with the public space strategy proposed along rue Marius Aufan, aiming to open up the site to the public and contribute to a street-garden landscape.
The new leafy roofgarden offers spaces to relax while admiring the impressive view of Paris, including La Défense.

The Carré Champerret project in Levallois is part of a territorial strategy to revitalize and redevelop the peripheral area of Paris. The area is currently mostly mineral, sealed, suffering from the urban heat island effect and a notable deficit in terms of vegetation and biodiversity. The project aims at redeveloping the existing built block by planting as much as possible this dense built environment and creating a stimulating environment conducive to work, relaxation and creation. The project contributes to mitigating the effect of urban heat island, improving local biodiversity and managing stormwater. The project proposes to unify all the terraces and balconies with a system of mixed and hedges. This system not only highlights and accompanies the architectural lines but also creates a vegetal environment that supports biodiversity and protects (particularly from the wind) in order to make these spaces comfortable most of the time.In addition to this system, different types of plantations and spaces create various and complementary atmospheres according to the terraces and types of spaces. The use of rich lawns and meadows allows us to create landscapes of gardens with flexible uses and adapted to limited operating costs.
